I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, just steps away from the train station and bus stop, was incredibly convenient for me. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean. The breakfast included in my stay was delicious and a great way to start my day. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful, providing me with information about transportation options and even assisting me when I had car trouble. this hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects.

Easy access and friendly staff! The hotel is located just steps away from the train station, which makes it very convenient if you need to move around the region. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
Internet problems and language barrier. Unfortunately, the internet was not working during my entire stay, which made it difficult to work from my room.

The location of the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. It is conveniently situated right next to the railway station, making it convenient for exploring Locarno, Lugano, and Bellinzona. guests can enjoy hiking in the nearby Tamaro-Lema trail. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the homemade pizza served in their restaurant is highly recommended. the breakfast, although not the largest selection, includes delicious local cheese and excellent coffee.
There were some complaints about the noise in rooms facing the main area, so it might be wise to avoid those rooms.

Great breakfast and easy access the breakfast was definitely a highlight - lots of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient - it was a stone's throw from the train station and made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. One more thing I appreciated was the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.
Noisy and basic amenities On the downside, the walls between the rooms were thin and we could hear everything our neighbor was doing. the amenities in the room were very basic and didn't meet our expectations.
